Privacy notice for the ScormIQ portal

Purpose and data
We process your name and email address to provide test access, confirm your address by link and return the prepared course to you. We process your uploaded course package solely to add the AI tutor. We also store the time of your consent and the IP address used to create the account to protect against misuse. The legal bases are your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention
- Uploaded courses are automatically deleted 30 days after upload.
- Accounts with an unconfirmed email address and their uploads are deleted after 7 days.
- Confirmed accounts remain until you request deletion. Send a short message to scormiq@netresearch.de.
Location and disclosure
The data is stored on a server in Germany. We do not disclose it to third parties. Confirmation and sign-in links are sent by email through Google Workspace.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw your consent for the future. Contact scormiq@netresearch.de to exercise these rights.
